Josh Arnold | The Music

New Life 'New Life' is a collection of songs written by Josh Arnold in collaboration with children from the local flood affected areas in the Toowoomba region. These 10 songs are intended to lift the spirits and reflect on the way the local community has banded together by this tragedy. More than 100 students from 7 schools helped write and perform on 'New Life'. The project was funded by the Toowoomba Regional Council and was instigated by Elizabeth Jones and Darryl Bates. Darryl Bates also assisted Josh with the creation of and workshops associated with 'Magic Youth', a group of talented singers from Harristown and Newtown Primary School who also featured on 'New Life'. All proceeds go to the Yarraman and Oakey State School flood recovery programs. Everyone's Connected 'Everyone's Connected' is the culmination of Josh Arnold's work with Primary Schools in the local Toowoomba region. The Album consists of 14 eclectic songs from 13 Schools with all songs written in collaboration with the student's. From school anthems to themes ranging from Dinosaurs and Fairytales to environment, peace and love, this is an exciting and exuberant reflection on the energy and innocence of children. The Album was the idea of Josh and Peter Rookas with proceeds going to the Toowoomba Children's Hospital Appeal.
